| San Diego,
California, April 21, 2005 – Infinity Networking, Inc. is
announcing the launch of a new website that offers free resources
geared towards helping owners and managers of small to medium sized
businesses. The web site provides monthly articles, a subscription
based newsletter and an online Q&A forum, moderated by a staff of
support engineers to address computer users’ specific issues or give
out advice. The website can be found at www.infinitycorp.com.
“There are many online resources
for the computer-savvy, but very few that address the real concerns of
business owners, such as ‘when do I need to upgrade my server?’ or
‘what is the most cost-effective way to protect my network from
computer viruses?’,” says Mark Flores, President of Infinity
Networking, Inc. “One user recently commented that after
implementing a few of the simple anti-spam techniques, they are
receiving almost no unsolicited e-mail.” Flores added that these
resources are especially helpful for the employee who has been given
the responsibility of maintaining the company’s computers, but is
not a computer expert. |
The web site
is updated on a weekly basis with actual examples of questions and
answers solved by technicians in the field. If a visitor to the web
site cannot find a specific answer to the problem in a searchable
database, she can post the question in a forum which will be answered
by the end of the day. Each month, Infinity Networking publishes a
newsletter with tips and advice relevant to small businesses and
business owners. The newsletter is also available via e-mail by
subscribing on the website.
